A: Go to libertyreserve.com and open an acct with them using your Nigerian address and detailed information of yourself.
B. Fund your liberty reserve acct with a minimum of $10 you can do this at www.epaynigeria.com,www.epaymonster.com,www.naira4dollar.com.

C. Now go to Google and get an address from any European or Asian country that is supported by pay pal. for example you type Chinese address or Malaysian address and it will bring out their address out and also get a phone number of them too.
D. Now you can go to PAYPAL.COM, ensure that you sign up using the address you got from your search in Google, mind you, this address might not be the exact address you get fro Google but you can just change it a little doing some simple calculations like if a particular address says no 456 you can use no 457,and the same applies with the telephone number too. you only need it to sign up with your pay pal acct.
